At The Quirky World, every product is made specially for you. Since our gifts are customized with personal details, we follow a carefully designed returns and refund policy to ensure fairness for both our customers and our team.

Please read the policy below before placing your order.

Customized Products

All our products are custom-made and personalized as per the details provided by you. Due to the nature of customization:

• ❌ Returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted for customized products once the order has been confirmed.

• ❌ We cannot accept returns due to spelling errors, incorrect details, or design approvals provided by the customer at the time of ordering.

Please double-check all personalization details before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Products

We take great care in packaging and quality checks. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to help.

You are eligible for a replacement or refund if:

• The product received is damaged during transit

• The product received is defective

• The product received does not match the order placed

How to report an issue:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Share clear photos/videos of:

  • The product

  • The outer packaging

  • The issue clearly visible

Once verified, we will:

• Offer a free replacement, or

• Process a refund, based on the situation

Non-Customized Products (If Applicable)

For non-customized items:

• Returns are accepted within 3–5 days of delivery

• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition

• Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the item is defective

Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before customization has begun

• Once the personalization process starts, cancellation is not possible

Important Notes

• Color variations may occur due to screen differences and are not considered defects

• Minor design placement variations are part of handmade/customized products

• Sale or discounted products are non-returnable
